Air Courier Service

Also known as Same Day Air or Next-Flight-Out service – This is an on-demand service in which we can arrange the pickup of critical items in a narrow window of time typically within 60-90 minutes of your call. Once the pickup is made, the goods are moved on the next available commercial flight to their final destination where the packages are recovered and put out for delivery immediately upon flight arrival. In many cases we can deliver goods across the country within six hours of pick up. These services are available 24/7 all year long. Much of the work we do is after hours or on weekends when traditional next day services are no longer available or when pickup and delivery need to be completed prior to the next business day. Our high on-time service levels, end-to-end shipment visibility, and proactive communication on these shipments are unrivaled in the market. We are one of the largest and most well thought of providers in this space. Today NGL moves roughly 20,000 of these mission-critical next-flight-out air shipments each and every month.

Warehousing & Distribution Services

Network operates large warehouse facilities throughout North America, including a facility in Canada. We operate over two million square feet of warehouse and distribution space in North America. The company offers a full range of warehouse services but is known best for its three main competencies. E-commerce Order Fulfillment, Mass Market Retail Distribution and Spares or Service Parts Distribution. We offer a complete suite of logistics services to help you minimize inventory carry costs and reduce your time to market while keeping transportation costs down. NGL is known for its high levels of service, its flexibility and ability to customize solutions where others failed. We have applied the exacting operating standards required in mission critical warehousing to our “big boxes” to ensure unparalleled service levels and rapid response time. Mission Critical Warehousing

Also known as Service Parts Logistics or Forward Stocking Locations Services –
NGL offers a complete solution for mission critical warehousing. These services are typically used to help our customers support Service Contracts with their end customers. These accounts typically need Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) that are as narrow as 60 minutes. This means that a field service technician needs to have the parts to repair a downed machine within 60 minutes of when that failure is reported. SLA’s that are shorter than eight hours typically require critical repair inventory to be stored near the installed base of equipment in order to insure that the needed parts can reach the failure site within the prescribed time limit. Network offers a full suite of services to support these requirements including local delivery services as well as a full Warehouse Management Software system to track and manage crucial inventory across multiple sites. It is typical for an account to have 30 or more forward stocking locations in addition to 1-3 DC locations. The DC locations feed the appropriate level of stock to each forward stocking location. Network has over 300 stocking locations available throughout North America and an additional 145 locations available globally.

Local Courier Services

NGL has offered local courier delivery services across the US Market since 1971. We have local couriers in every market across the US and we handle more than 40,000 local pickups and deliveries each and every month.
We offer a full range of services including 2 hour (on demand), 4 hour and End of Day.
Our most frequently used service is our on demand or stat delivery service in which we will dispatch a driver on demand to the customer 24/7. Pickups are typically made within 60-90 minutes of the call and the delivery is made immediately. Delivery times are largely driven by the mileage between origin and destination. Short drives can be completed in minutes, where longer drives take more time.
