Ed Petrone Joins Network Global Logistics as Chief Financial Officer

Los Angeles, CA – March 28, 2008: Network Global Logistics (NGL), a premier provider of supply chain, logistics, and express transportation services, has announced that Ed Petrone has been named Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Petrone has extensive experience in all areas of finance, accounting, and mergers and acquisitions. At NGL, he will oversee financial planning, analysis, risk management, and reporting.

"Ed Petrone's financial acumen and executive leadership experience bring new and important perspectives to NGL's senior management team and governance," stated Raymond J. Prior to joining NGL, Mr. Petrone has held executive positions at General Electric, in Corporate Planning and Restructure; Brinks, Inc., as Vice President of Finance, Pacific Region; and Jardine Logistics, as Country CFO. In addition, he worked with Clayton, Dublier, and Rice, a New York based equity firm, building one of America's largest corporate rollups of the 1990's into a $2.6B company.

Mr. Petrone received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland. He earned his MBA, with an emphasis in Strategic Finance and Marketing, from the University of California, Riverside.
