Network Courier and Commodity Logistics Merge to Form Network Global Logistics
Organization Offers Logistics Industry a Unique Combination of Supply Chain and Transportation Resources
Los Angeles, CA – March 19, 2007: Network Courier, one of the largest same day shipping companies in the United States, has announced its merger with Commodity Logistics Inc. (CLI), a leading, national supply chain and warehousing services organization based in Lockbourne, Ohio. The newly formed organization is named Network Global Logistics. The merger combines Network Courier’s core strengths in same day/next flight out services and CLI’s standard-setting integrated warehousing and logistics services.
