Stephanie Gerard Promoted to Director of Service Parts Logistics

Broomfield, CO - August 20, 2009: Network Global Logistics, a premier provider of supply chain, logistics, and transportation services, is pleased to announce that Stephanie Gerard has been promoted to Director of Service Parts Logistics.

Ms. Gerard joined NGL in January of 2009 as Director of Service Parts Logistics Sales and Administration, focusing on working closely with customers during all phases of the sales cycle and operations implementation. Her responsibilities included requirements gathering, analysis, process engineering, documentation, operational implementation, process improvement, and customer relationship management and retention. She also played an active role analyzing operational data and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews to customers.

Her new role adds managerial oversight over NGL’s global network of over 500 forward stocking locations. As Director of Service Parts Logistics, she will focus on several tactical areas within NGL’s growing service parts logistics division, including strategic planning and direction, operational performance, process engineering, and performance metrics.

Ms. Gerard earned a MS in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. She is an active member of the Project Management Institute and the Vice-President of the Denver Area University of Arkansas Alumni Association.
