Following Through to Delivery
From pickup to delivery, NGL provides a full set of services to keep you aware of your shipment's progress. This includes a customer service representative calling you with the name of the person who signed for your shipment, and the exact time and date of delivery. We also have a complete menu of automated notifications that will enable you and your customers to track the shipment from origin to destination at key points during the process.
Convenient 24-hour Service
We are available at any time, including weekends and holidays. NGL vehicles are radio dispatched so that we can respond within the shortest possible time to expedite your critical shipments. NGL employees staff our offices 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We never close!
NetShip
As an NGL client, you can use our web resources throughout the shipping process. Clients can check flight options, place shipment orders online, track shipments, view national weather conditions, receive proof-of-deliveries, check rates, run shipping reports and more.
Proof-of-Delivery
NGL will email you with the name of the person who signed for your shipment, and the exact time and date of delivery. We will also confirm deliveries to hotels and private residences whenever special circumstances require us to do so.
Heavyweight Freight
Need to transport heavyweight freight? With NGL, you can select a time frame that matches your needs. This includes Next-Flight-Out, Overnight, 2 day, and 3-5 day deferred.
